Do you honestly believe you are separate from Nature?
#35 - Every thing and everyone are connected. Sounds cliché, sure, so let's prove it.
“When the sun dives beyond the horizon,
And the stars dance with the moon,
The night wraps you in its arms,
and you become the mountain.”
In the past few weeks here on T.H.E. we have made many mind-blowing revelations. One of which was that solid matter is not “real” in the traditional sense of the word.
Using a CIA paper we found that the core of every thing in existence is made of energy, including you and me.
If you haven’t read that piece yet, you might want to do so before proceeding here.
Today we will take a few more steps down the rabbit hole of creation to further make sense of this thing called Life that we are experiencing together…
We have established that oscillating energy is what atoms are built from. And cells are built from atoms.
Keep scaling up and we find that cells combine forces to build humans, trees, rocks, animals, and the planet we all inhabit together.
Our planet then comes together with other planets and about 100 billion stars to form our galaxy.
Remember that quote from Haramein in the previous article linked above? Here it is again, “it takes a lot of little things to build big things”.
He’s right. And we can see how the big things form even bigger things too, but we’ll get more into that in the coming weeks.
“The Fundamental Four” little building block elements that combine to form all life on earth are:
1. Hydrogen
2. Oxygen
3. Carbon
4. Nitrogen
Various combinations of these four atoms are the foundation for all physical creation. These four tiny little things make up 96% of all living matter.
They also make up 96% of your body. They are what trees, the mountains, the water, the animals, and every thing else is created from.
Now we understand that the same foundation which builds your body builds the land you live on, the water you drink, the food you eat, and every thing else in existence.
At your core, you are no different from any other thing, because the building blocks that create every thing are the same across all creation.
And oscillating energy is what creates the building blocks.
Remember this foundation of understanding we’ve just built together. You’ll need it again soon.
Hue-mans use the faculty of Perception to make sense of the experience of life. As our eyes enable us to visually perceive the physical world around us, our minds and hearts give us the ability to perceive beyond what the sensory organs are capable of measuring.
The force of love is a good example of this. You have never seen the force of love with your eyes, however you absolutely know it’s there when you feel it.
While our eyes grant us power of sight, there is a difference between being able to see and having vision beyond the palpable senses.
When the sun is up in the sky and our external environment is full of light, our eyes show us the separation between our bodies and the bodies of every other person and thing.
We see ourselves as separate not only from other hue-mans, but from the land as well. And why wouldn’t we, considering we visually perceive empty space between us and other things as we look outward.
But what happens to our perception of our separation from the rest of the world once the sun goes down?
How can we see our bodies as separate from the body of a river, or the body of a mountain, or the body of another person once the body of light that illuminates all things dips beyond the horizon for the night?
We perceive ourselves as separate from our environment because while the sun is up we continually build memories that structure beliefs that validate our perception of separation.
You look like you, I look like me, and the trees look like trees. Every day we see the differences between all things with our eyes, separated by space.
But you and every other person and thing are made of the same energy. The same atoms, in varying arrangements. Heck, even the space between us is made of atoms that form molecules, so it’s not empty at all.
And every thing that you have ever seen has been a reflection of light.
When the lights go out each night, our eyes can no longer see the the illusion of separation.
Only our experiential memory upholds the structure of our belief that every thing is separate.
But as the light shows our eyes illusions of separation, the absence of light empowers our ability to perceive the interconnectedness of all.
The darkness reveals our true connection to those who posses the power of vision. To those who see through the illusion to recognize that all solid matter is oscillating energy.
And since the same energy builds every thing and everyone, all creation is connected.
“The lips of wisdom are sealed, except to the ears of understanding.”
—The Kybalion
Imagine you are out in a thickly wooded area surrounded by old trees as the sun goes down. You do not have a campfire lit.
As the light of the sun nonchalantly fades ever so slightly, moment by moment, the world around you begins to look different than it did for the entire day behind you.
The trees, connected by the evening mist, fade into shadows. You look down at your hand to notice that your body is becoming a shadow along with them.
The sounds you hear begin to heighten. A stick cracks in the distance and rings through the forest like a gunshot, commanding your full attention instantly.
For a moment you clench up and freeze solid, wondering what the sound was. But the moment passes and you return to your breath.
In and out you breathe, over and again, as the light continues to slowly fade.
Then, without even palpably noticing, the sun moves beyond the horizon and the dimly lit woods go completely dark. The visual world all around you becomes the shadow of the day behind it and you are fully enveloped within it.
At this point, how can you see the difference between you and the trees, and the space that visually separates you from them if you can not see any thing at all? Not even your outstretched hand.
While you can still hear and feel the energy of life buzzing within the forest, you recognize that it is the same energy that animates your body. The same life force that beats your heart.
You breathe deeply, filling your lungs with the cool dark air, just like the trees do. You become one with the space that separates you from them and you congeal together into one thing.
Seated on the leafy ground, it no longer matters whether your eyes are opened or closed. Your perception of your environment is now the same either way.
The only thing that separates your shadow from theirs is your memory.
The nightly absence of the light and your sight shows you your oneness with nature, with every thing and everyone, by removing the illusion of separation that the eyes create.
The presence and vacancy of light show you two opposing sides of the same coin in different ways, and it’s up to you to learn how to use both your sight and vision to understand the whole.
Once the lights go out it becomes easy to perceive that there is no difference between the shadow you have become and the shadows of the trees.
The question is: “can you use the power of vision to move your conscious mind beyond your incredibly convincing memories of separation?”
Some understandings about life are inspired by being able to see the world around you, yet the most profound understandings are only attainable by using the power of vision—by seeing in the dark.
Considering that we live in a Mental Universe, your separation from nature is whatever you choose to believe it to be, and your mental reality will always reflect your beliefs.
But you are only separated from the trees and the other hue-mans in your own mind.
Should you choose to believe in your energetic oneness with the trees and every thing and everyone else, your perception of life will transform in ways you never could have fathomed when you believed that you were special because you were different.
The evidence is all around you that you are a crucial piece of Nature, of the whole of creation, and every time the lights go out, you are served your daily reminder.

This week’s practice is to observe when you are consciously separating yourself from the world around you. You will observe when you look outwardly at others feeling that you are “different” or “better” than them for whatever reason.
Whenever you catch yourself rhythmically listing off the differences between you and the others, or you and the trees, you will remember that the same energy that creates them is the same energy that creates you.
You will remember that we are all united by the core of our being, and that in the current state of our world where the differences between us are continuously reinforced every time we open our eyes, our sameness is the common ground we stand on to create the reality we actually want to live in.

If you are asking yourself, “Who the heck is this guy and why am I sitting here reading what he has to say”, then start at post #1.
And please remember, I am not your guru, you are :)
Nature is a Macrocosm, man is a microcosm. That is to say, man is separate from nature precisely because he is the same as nature. Man is aware of himself, therefore he is aware of nature. Congruently, nature is aware of man.
