Our thoughts will either build us or destroy us, and we get to choose which we want
#11 - If words are not magic, then why is it called "spell-ing"?
"To know the mechanics of the wave is to know the entire secret of Nature."
-Walter Russell
It is highly recommended that you watch the Nassim Haramein video posted in last week’s publication before moving on to this week’s material. It is not 100% necessary, however it will greatly benefit your understanding of this information.
Back in issue #2 of this publication we reviewed the research of Dr. Masaru Emoto and his work to showcase how our thoughts can influence the molecular structure of water.
In the field of Quantum Mechanics, it is understood that thoughts omit vibrational waves from their source, and whether we think them or speak them, we send those waves out into the environment around us, and they have influence over that environment.
Think about what happens when we speak our thoughts. When you are in conversation with another person, you use your vocal cords to generate sound waves that wiggle the air between yourself and the person you are speaking with. Those sonic waves then vibrate the diaphragm of the listener’s ear drum which creates an electrical reaction within their brain, where the translation of wave to cognition happens in Broca’s Area. This is truly wild to think about.
Another interesting area of study to show the relationship between sound waves and water is called Cymatics. Using a droplet of water or another substance like mercury, Cymatics enables us to visualize the natural geometries that sound waves create within the environment where they resonate.
(Here is one more short video showing a water droplet being levitated and manipulated by sound, creating natural geometry to show Cymatics in action in 3D.)
Since we understand that our thoughts influence the molecular structure of water, and we know that the average human body is made of about 60% water, and the earth is made of 71% water, then a worthy question to ask is, what can our thoughts actually do to our bodies, and the body of the Earth that we live on?
If our thoughts are powerful enough to change the molecular structure of the water that our bodies are made of, then this means that how we think about ourself actually changes the base level structure of the mass that we are made of. Some thoughts build us, and some quite literally tear us down.
Immediately the word “shit” comes to mind as I think about the language I hear in the world every day. Every single day that I speak with other human beings, I hear at least one other person call things “shit”. Here are a few examples of some ways the word is often used within a conversation.
Sometimes my music maker friends send me their new songs and say things like, “hey check out this new shit that I made last night.”
People say, “ah man, I made the best shit for dinner last night, it was SO GOOD.”
“Check this shit out… Oh yeah, you’re going to love this shit…”
“I’m sick and tired of this shit, when will it stop?”
“I have so much shit to do today.”
“That person is a piece of shit.”
We have all heard some version of these words come out of people’s mouths, but do we truly mean what is being spoken when we choose to use the word “shit”?
Is the food you are cooking really “shit”? Is your music really “shit”? It is gross to think about, but if you replace the word “shit” with the word “poop” in any of the above examples, the thoughts have a different resonance, do they not?
The words we choose to use in conversation matter because in order to create true understanding of what we are saying, we must select the words that will best convey how we truly feel to whomever we are communicating with. Not only that, but our words have influence over the minds of others on multiple levels. We can create feelings of love or anger within other people simply by speaking. Words are powerful indeed.
The way we internally speak to ourself deeply matters as well, because our thoughts change the structure of the molecules that compose our bodies. When we casually think things like, “I could never do that”, “I am an idiot”, or “I hate myself”, we are deeply programming not only our conscious and subconscious minds, but our bodies as well, and the molecules that compose their structure re-act to the action of our thoughts. Every single time.
Here is a biiiiiiig question to consider this week. Is the way you are thinking to and about yourself creating the best version of you that you can be?
If we are constantly framing our thoughts negatively, their action has an impact on every single relationship we have with others. But more importantly, it deeply impacts the reflection we see when we look in the mirror, which is where our relation to others and the world we live in always begins.
If we frame our thoughts / beliefs / circumstances positively within our mind, the same world we have always lived in begins to look and feel different because our view of it has evolved. Try changing your internal monologue, and watch what happens to your experience of the world. Only by actually practicing this idea will its true power reveal itself to you.
When I rode from Oregon to NYC on my 200 pound bicycle, there were many mountains to climb, but I would have absolutely failed to peak any of them if I thought things like, “this is too hard”, “I can’t do this”, etc.
Instead, I would begin grueling 8 hour climbs by thinking and saying out loud to myself, “I LOVE climbing mountains with all this stuff attached to my bike”, and “this is FUN because it is making me STRONGER”. Then at the end of each day I realized that the climbing was my favorite part, even though it was the toughest.
The difference between thoughts that help us grow and thoughts that destroy our progress is clearly discernible to any person willing to be honest with themself about what they truly want to get out of life. If we want to see the world change, then we must first understand that change starts within.

This week’s practice brings us into observance of the words we choose to use within our own minds as we think about ourself and our experiences. Are we building ourself up, or destroying ourself from within? Are we making our body stronger or weaker?
We will also observe how we speak about ourself and our experiences in life when in conversation with other people. Are we thinking and saying what we really mean?
Have fun with this one :) Feel free to drop your life-changing results in the comments below as you continue your practice, and be sure to click the <3 button to help more people find this piece as well. Your support is highly appreciated.

Love this! Think empowering thoughts
And so it is, well said. Here is some useless info, but amazing for me. Take a look at the beautiful cathedrals and basilicas, take a close look at the windows and their designs, they are designed at a particular wavelength pattern, and you can match them to the cymatic images. So a particular cathedral will have a particular energy. Then remember that most of them had streams or rivers flowing under them into the suburbs and fields. This then makes the water very healthy for the people and life sustained by the river. Imagine the power of the water when they play the beautiful organs. Magic. This is my personal understanding of the true purpose of a cathedral, I could be completely wrong, but with my understanding of energy, it makes sense. Of course there is more to a cathedral than just that, but I think this was part of their design. ( No dudes on horses traveling around a thousand odd years ago built them either, just saying ).
